How Can I Help You?
When meeting Rich for the first time, one cannot help but quickly ascertain that he has a passion about his business, his family, his music, and his life. He has been involved in Estate Planning since 1994. Rich looks beyond his clients' present situation and focuses on how their real estate investments will impact their futures.
Education has been paramount in Rich’s life. He achieved his BA from Barrington College (now Gordon College) and has a Masters Degree in Fundraising and Non-Profit Management. This focus on education has also carried over into his Real Estate business as he has achieved both GRI, which included 100 hours of Education in Real Estate and subsequently being licensed with CBR--Certified Buyers Representative designations. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Greenville Board of REALTORS.
The secret to Rich’s success and zest for life has been his adaptation to change and an intense desire each day to maximize his life for his work and all those around him and can be summed up in the following by John Maxwell:
“To be successful, you don’t need to be lucky or rich, but you need to know this: You are what you do daily. You first form habits, and then your habits form you. It is as easy to form habits of success as it is to form habits of failure. Every day you live, you are in the process of becoming."
His outside interests include singing in professional choral groups throughout the United States. Currently he is a member of The Piedmont Men’s Chorale of Greenville, SC. A true professional is never satisfied with an “OKAY” performance, so call Rich for—
“A Symphony of Services!”
